Student organizations hosting on-campus events may be required to register their events through the mySource Online Event Form managed by the Office of Student Involvement. Learn more about the event registration and training process by visiting the Event Smart portion of The Source’s website.

Student Organizations planning to host events at the Ferguson Student Center should:

  1. Submit a reservation request through the Ferguson Student Center website to secure their desired space
  2. Register their event through the mySource Online Event Form, if necessary (please note that spaces requested through the Ferguson Student Center will remain reserved for the student organization during this process)
  3. Complete the DocuSign sent by the Ferguson Reservations Office to confirm the reservation and event details
